The real estate agency is a market leader in offering property development services with experience in land registration, Land transfers, Mortgages, buying and selling land, letting Property, Property management, leases among others.
With an extensive database on properties in Uganda, we analyze the market with precision for accurate market value of assets and forecast future trends. Additionally, we analyze the impact of changes in land laws, planning regulations and environmental regulations to meet customer needs. Our team comprises persons with experience in land transactions and property management in regard to existing legal regime.
